I was teary-eyed when his name was called out. So happy. So very happy for him. Ahaaaa.

Him!? I can name lots and lots and lots of more deserving people for that award. There's ramadan, shahrul, fuckface, afat, firhin, abang, nizar, reza, and wadi. Yeah. Wadi. He din get anything at all. How unfair. The most active guy got nothing whereas the guy who only works when the superiors are around claimed the prize. Big big big unfair decision.
So I guess 'licking asses' can help you get an award then. Tsk.
