I overheard this conversation at the carpark on my way home just now.
An ahpek was washing his car with a pail of water. And he said to a friend, "This water not singaporeans water. This water is government's one. PAP one. Singaporeans no water."
Haha. I would have loved to stay on and listen to what he has to say, but nah, I wont involve myself in these matters today.
